Initially my shoulder was dislocated but not diagnosed for four weeks. The first operation simply failed to correct this. I first visited Mr Gupta for a second opinion and he immediately explained to me exactly what my problem was and how he proposed to correct this painful situation. Two weeks later and after a reverse total shoulder rebuild I was immediately in less pain and my progress continues to be extremely positive.

What a wonderful doctor- caring, thoughtful, says it’s a privilege to work with patients, and means what he says by his actions and carried through.

Mr Gupta was exceptional in his care, he was professional at all times. Explaining every possibility of every stage of the procedure. His hospital staff were brilliant and totally reassured me at all times. I could not have asked for better care in both his clinic before and after my operation and during the procedure. Mr Gupta’s office support is above anything I could have hoped for, they are fantastic - efficient, friendly and understanding.

I broke my arm in three places back in May 2022. After a visit to the A&E, I sought aftercare with Mr. Gupta the next day. Mr. Gupta had seen my son early in the year with a sports injury and recommended him to physio. I found Mr. Gupta to be very patient with my son and allowed both of my son and I to ask questions about his MRI/Xrays and recovery. Since this was the first time I've broken a bone, I had loads of questions and concerns so Mr. Gupta was my first thought for aftercare. We met the day after my break at Prime Health in Weybridge. After reviewing my X-rays with me and allowing me to ask a series of questions, he recommend letting Mother Nature take its course over rushing into a surgery. He believed the type of breaks I had incurred could be healed by my body. Six weeks later, my arm had indeed healed itself. Mr. Gupta referred me to a physio. The physio was also a great partner in this ordeal. Five months on, I often forget I even broke my arm. I feel if Mr. Gupta had just preformed surgery for the sake of it, I would be still struggling. I appreciate his conservative, thoughtful and logical approach. I would and have recommended Mr Gupta to friends and family.
